On My Own, Inc.  In Home Care is operated in conjunction with the parent company, On My Own, Inc., a non-profit organization.  On My Own, Inc. In Home Care provides nurse visits, personal care and homemaker/chore services. 

The program is available to residents of Bates, Cedar, Hickory, St. Clair, Henry and Vernon Counties.  The qualification requirements are similar to those listed for the CDS program.
